Client Service Managers are responsible for:

• Having a comprehensive understanding of each client's state government affairs organization, program, stake holders, objectives, and expectations. Manage and carry-out client specific solutions.
• Determining issue coverage and have, at a minimum, a general understanding of the issues in order to effectively communicate with the client.
• Training new clients and additional client staff as necessary. Write and keep up to date various search strategies.
• Establish and maintain proactive personal working relationship with clients through regular telephone contact and visits (travel will be necessary) to ensure that the service continues to meet client expectations and needs.
